{"id":18514,"date":"2014-06-02T17:02:24","date_gmt":"2014-06-03T13:38:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.al-edu.com\/?p=18514"},"modified":"2014-06-03T13:38:13","modified_gmt":"2014-06-03T13:38:13","slug":"agreement-signed-for-developing-universitys-human-resources","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.nu.edu.ye\/en\/agreement-signed-for-developing-universitys-human-resources\/","title":{"rendered":"Agreement Signed for Developing University&#8217;s Human Resources"},"content":{"rendered":"<div dir=\"LTR\">An agreement to develop the University&#8217;s human resources system has been signed today with the International Center for Human Development ( ICHD).<\/div>\n<div dir=\"LTR\">The agreement, which was signed on behalf of the University by Dr. Ahmed Saif Muharram (CBT), provides that the ICHD is to develop the University&#8217;s human resource system and prepare the academic and administrative structure of the University in addition to train the staff.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"LTR\"><\/div>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr; text-align: left;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.al-edu.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/IMG_1689-Copy.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-18506\" alt=\"IMG_1689 (Copy)\" src=\"http:\/\/www.al-edu.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/IMG_1689-Copy.jpg\" width=\"800\" height=\"533\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.nu.edu.ye\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/IMG_1689-Copy-270x180.jpg 270w, https:\/\/www.nu.edu.ye\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/IMG_1689-Copy-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.nu.edu.ye\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/IMG_1689-Copy.jpg 800w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<div>\n<div dir=\"LTR\">This agreement is part of the grant received by the University. The grant is provided by Wathbah (LEAP) developmental program \u00a0of the\u00a0Small Micro Enterprise Promotion Service \u2013 SMEPS\u00a0funded by the World Bank. The program aims to improve the performance of the Yemeni \u00a0private sector through \u00a0offering institutions development grants.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div dir=\"LTR\">The signing session was attended by Prof. Saeed Alghalibi, \u00a0the Chancellor, and Mr. Murshid Al-Aghberi, Director of Personnel Dept. The agreement was signed on behalf of the ICHD by Mr.\u00a0 Abdurrahman Al-Amer,\u00a0the Center&#8217;s Director.<\/div>\n<p dir=\"RTL\" style=\"direction: ltr;\"><a
