Dr. Ahmed Saif Muharram (CBT) had a visit on Thursday morning 22. 10. 2014 to Abdunnaser High School for the Talented. The visit took place within the context of building a strong community partnership and improving the educational standards.<\/div>\n
He met there Dr. Saleh Aldhaheri, the Headmaster who expressed his sense of gladness at the visit. Dr. Saleh appreciated such an initiative by Al-Nasser as well as the continuous support it offers for education, thus contributing significantly to community development.<\/div>\n

The CBT discussed with the School\u2019s management how to build a communal partnership between the University and the School in addition to the programs that can be sponsored by the University to support the educational process and serve students and teachers as well including:\u00a0 providing students with the equipments they need in addition to a course in health awareness; equipping the first-aid clinic; and establishing a health society in the school over the next few months.<\/div>\n
About 400 male students in two batches receive their secondary education at Abdunnaser School. Applicants for admission at the School are subject to an entrance test in Mathematics, Natural Sciences, Arabic Language, and English in addition to the IQ test. The applicant must also have no less than 85% grade in the Intermediate Degree.<\/div>\n
It is the best school for the talented students all over the country. Affiliated to the Ministry of Education, the School is directly supervised by the Minister himself in addition to a Trustee Council comprising 14 academic and supporting members representing both public and private sectors. The headmaster is Dr. Saleh Aldhaheri, his deputies have Master Degree, and the teachers are the best and most competent all over Yemen.<\/div>\n

The meeting was attended by Dr. Abdulkareem Alzumor, Dean of Faculty of Medical Sciences and the School\u2019s Deputy Headmaster, Dr. Sa\u2019ad Adeen Al-Mua\u2019alimi.<\/div>\n
Al-Nasser delegation started thereafter distributing the lab gowns among the School\u2019s students. They also had a look at the well-equipped labs, study halls, library, gym, and other facilities that the School distinctly comprised.<\/div>\n
