Faculty of Administrative Sciences has recently set up Department of Banking and Finance to meet the growing demand of the students applying to pursue the discipline at the University.<\/div>\n

\n

\u201cDue to the large number of applicants to college for study,\u201d commented Dr Muhammad Alkuhali, the Dean, \u201cwe have established Department of Banking and Finance so that it can receive students along with the existing departments of: Business Administration, Hospital Management, Accountancy, and Information Technology. We have been keen to recruit the best academic cadres of competence and excellent expertise.\u201d<\/div>\n

\n

The dean pointed to the increase in the rate of students enrolled this year by 40% compared to last year\u2019s enrollments. Such statistics dictated preparing new educational plans as well as a plan for student cultural and recreational activities in addition to expanding the current infrastructure and constructing new classrooms.<\/div>\n

\"q\"<\/a><\/p>\n

The Dean stressed that all departments are obliged to circulate books rather than photocopied materials since the formers represent a quality prerequisite and are easier to retain.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
As to partnerships and collaboration with other agencies, he confirmed: \u201cPartnership agreements will be signed over the next few days with a number of training centers and advisory organizations, including SALEKON Organization for Education, Science and Scholarships.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\u00a0We have already signed an agreement with Basmat Fatah (Girl Imprint Project for She-student Training) where a big number of the college\u2019s students were given first aid training in addition to human development courses.<\/div>\n
