and Rector Received Academic Accreditation and Quality Assurance Council"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span>The Chairperson and members of the Academic Accreditation and Quality Assurance Council at Ministry of<\/span>\u00a0Higher Education have conducted a visit to Al-Nasser University where they were received by the\u00a0Chairman of the Board of Trustees along with the Rector.<\/p>\n<p>The Council\u2019s visit took place as part of a program to inspect and ensure the quality standards implementation at the universities and institutions in Sana\u2019a.<\/p>\n<p><span>\u00a0In the meeting held with the University\u2019s administration, the Council\u2019s Chairperson, Prof. Aneesa Aboud,\u00a0<\/span>stressed that the improvement of education quality represents a fundamental objective for any educational\u00a0policy.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Ali El-Hamadi, the Director of Assessment and Follow-up Dept. at the Council noted how the inspection\u00a0program is meant to identify the extent to which quality standards are applicable as well as the universities\u2019\u00a0requirements for better implementation.<\/p>\n<p><span>Dr. Arif El-Hamadi, the Director of Quality Assurance, and Dr. Adnan El-Selwi, the Director of Accreditation\u00a0<\/span>and Licensing, praised the commitment of Al-Nasser to the standards of quality assurance and academic\u00a0accreditation .<\/p>\n<p><span>For his part, Dr. Ahmed Saif Muharram, CBT, welcomed the partnership and cooperation established with the\u00a0<\/span>Council towards upgrading the university education.<\/p>\n<p><span>Prof Abdullah Tahish, the Rector, confirmed that the University would give a leading example in the application of academic quality criteria.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span> He also talked about a proposed project to establish a self-assessment quality\u00a0<\/span>unit at the University in coordination with the Council.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"RTL\" style=\"direction: ltr;\"><a
