Orientation Day for I T Fresher Students

In the presence of Prof Abdullah Tahish, the Chancellor, an orientation day was organized on Sat, 9 Oct 2021, at IT Department, Faculty of Engineering and Computer Sciences, by which the fresher students were introduced to the academic program they would pursue and its syllabus.

The Chancellor addressed the fresher students confirming the significance of their specialty (IT), especially as the program is carried out in partnership with Aptech International Center the feature that makes Al-Nasser’s program different from any other university’s. He noted to Al-Nasser’s keen interest in offering the best education environment to students so that they can be qualified well.

For his part, Dr. Qais Ennuzaili (Head of IT Department) briefed the students on the study in the department including the program’s objectives, scope, and teaching techniques. He also highlighted the key role played by the experienced faculty members in training the students well as well as the students’ part in hard work and practice towards excellence. He named some examples of the department’s graduates who proved their merit in the labor market.

Mr. Fawaz Elqubati, the Academic Head of Aptech Center, introduced the students to the department’s subjects and regulations and Aptech International Center as well.
