Administrative Sciences Students Visit Cancer Center at Republican Hospital – Sana’a

Students from Faculty of Administrative Sciences have conducted a visit to the Cancer Center at the Republican Hospital- Sana’a where they got acquainted with the conditions of the cancer patients receiving treatment at the center. In a humanitarian gesture, the students presented gifts to the diseased children in an attempt to support these patients and lift their spirits.

The visit to the center comes within the humanitarian and voluntary activities organized by the University students throughout the academic year.
During the visit, Mohammed Almahfadi, the Executive of Media and Health Education at the center, thanked the students as well as Al-Nasser University on the humanitarian activities carried out to alleviate the suffering of patients.  He appreciated such a visit as it significantly contributes to the improvement of the patient’s psychological condition.
The Center’s Executive spoke about the medical treatment and services offered by the center to both inpatients and outpatients.

He also spoke about the disease: the causes of infection, the symptoms that may appear on the cancer patient, and the ways to prevent the disease before it occurs.
