Launching Third Phase of H R D Project

The International Center for Human Development is to launch next Sunday the third phase of developing the University’s human resource system. The project is supposed to conduct a number of programs including: Operational Plans; Training Course Preparation; Effective Communication Skills; and Activity Assessment. The programs will be implemented in the form of staff training courses over the next few weeks, including the staff of the Human Resource Dept that has been recently established as part of the project.

In a related context, Mr. Rafid Amin Alsabri, a consultant at Wathba Project for Private Enterprises, paid a visit last Monday to Al-Nasser University to check out the progress in the University’s development program.  He expressed his satisfaction with the steady progress of the project’s successive phases as they fall in line with the criteria set by Wathba Project. He also praised the role of the University’s administration in cooperating positively with the Consultant’s Bureau at the International Center for Human Development, the agency responsible for carrying out the project at the University.

For his part, Mr. Abdurrahman Alameri, Director of the International Center for Human Development, presented a detailed report on the achievements of the project’s first and second phases represented by System Analysis, Form Preparation, and issuing the employee ID cards.
